We source our produce as locally as possible using a local butcher for bacon and his own cumberland sausages, free range eggs from Dalby forest, kippers from Fortunes, tomatoes from Stokesley most of the year. Because we have over twenty years experience in the cafe business our breakfasts are second to none, you can have any combination of the above should you require a lighter option.Your eggs can be cooked in any way you choose.Brian often makes his own jam and this year managed to get some seville oranges so homemade marmalade is on the menu.
